Position: Sous Chef job

About: Columbia Club, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team. This position reports to the Executive Chef and involves supervising Line Prep Cooks, Salad Preparation staff, and Sanitation crew. The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing food production in various kitchen outlets and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards at all times.

Requirements: A degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program required; three years of experience in food preparation encompassing all kitchen operations; familiarity with kitchen equipment and safety practices; skilled in food handling and preparation; ability to supervise kitchen staff effectively in the absence of the Executive Chef; knowledge of emergency procedures
