Requirements: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts; Full uniform required daily including Pants, Chef Coat, Hat, and Non-Slip Shoes; Ensure timely food service for banquets and restaurant; Supervise kitchen staff, training, delegating tasks, and ensuring efficiency; Hold staff accountable for following recipes; Cook and plate food for banquets, assist on hot line; Communicate effectively with Front of House staff; Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and garnishing; Assist with food ordering, inventory, and cost control; Ensure kitchen cleanliness and readiness for the next day; Monitor food safety and inventory rotation; Follow schedule and communicate availability in advance
