Position: Night Audit Manager
About: Graduate by Hilton New York is a Michelin Guide ranked hotel located on the Cornell Tech Campus on Roosevelt Island in New York City. The hotel features architecturally designed spaces by Snøhetta and a stunning rooftop bar and lounge by Parts and Labor Design. Managed by Highgate, a renowned investment management company with a global property portfolio.
Requirements: At least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; or a 2-year college degree and at least 3 years of progressive experience in a related field; or a 4-year degree and a minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in a related field. Previous supervisory responsibilities preferred. Must be proficient in Windows and company-approved software. Sedentary work, long hours sometimes required. Excellent communication and multitasking skills. Must have a service-oriented demeanor and maintain high grooming standards. Confidentiality and problem-solving skills required. Willingness to attend all hotel meetings and trainings. Maintain regular attendance and comply with hotel standards.
