Position: Sous Chef
About: MINA Group is a restaurant management company founded by Chef Michael Mina, a recipient of the prestigious James Beard Award. The company is in charge of over 40 on-site and virtual dining concepts across the U.S. and Dubai.
Requirements: Four years of experience in a fine dining high-volume kitchen and at least a year of experience in a leadership role; knowledge of safety and hygiene protocols; ability to regularly lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds; able to work at least 50 hours a week
