Position: Manager, Business Operations

Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years of Sales Operations Experience; Minimum of 2 years Supervisory/Management experience; 2-3 years’ experience in accounting/budgeting; Two years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable; basic accounting principles; Must be proficient in Word and Excel programs; Previous experience in data analytics, preferably in Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI) and basic SQL knowledge; Excellent communication skills being tactful and able to interact pleasantly when dealing with internal/external customers; Must be able to work independently; capable of focusing with interruptions; must be able to adapt to changes quickly employees at all levels within the organization
