Position: Human Resources Manager – Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fisherman’s Wharf
About: Holiday Inn Express & Suites San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf is seeking an HR Consultant to join their team in San Francisco. The role involves supporting the hotel and restaurant operations teams, interpreting contract language for collective bargaining agreements, and overseeing various HR functions to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements: Minimum of two years’ experience as an HR manager in a hotel environment; Prior experience managing in a union setting is preferred; Bachelor’s degree in HR, Hotel Management, or related field preferred but not required; PHR Preferred But Not Required; Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Familiarity with HRIS systems and software; Strong organizational, task-management, leadership, creativity, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills; Comprehensive knowledge of all applicable federal, state, and city employment and labor laws; Ability to operate independently and handle confidential information discreetly
