Position: Food and Beverage Manager – Pirates Bay
About: Pirates Bay Waterpark in Baytown, TX is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the F&B operations. The role requires experience in food and beverage management, team leadership, and operational efficiency in a high-volume guest environment.
Requirements: At least 18 years old; 3+ years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume environment; Highly organized and detail-oriented; ServeSafe Manager Certification (required); Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar; Ability to pass a background check; Willingness to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays during the waterpark season (Memorial Day to Labor Day); Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
