Position: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF, LUCAS OIL STADIUM
About: Lucas Oil Stadium & Indiana Convention Center is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to supervise and direct the culinary team ensuring high-quality food preparation and service while adhering to safety standards. The role involves managing shifts, training staff, and organizing kitchen operations to support the overall dining experience.
Requirements: Minimum of 10 years in a culinary leadership position with increasing responsibilities; Minimum of 3 years leading a culinary operation with annual revenues exceeding $5 million; Ability to promote teamwork, understand and communicate directions effectively; AOS or higher Degree from a culinary arts training program or equivalent certification. Preferred: BA/BS in Business or Hospitality; ACF Certified Executive Chef or ACF Certified Culinary Administrator. Other requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying environments, and availability for extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
