About: Carleton-Willard Village is seeking a dedicated Executive Chef to provide residents with a superior fine dining experience. The position entails overseeing the daily food operations at the Village, including planning, food preparation, service, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. The Executive Chef is responsible for managing the culinary, dietary team, and kitchen staff to ensure top-notch service and quality dining for residents.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent with Culinary Certificate or Culinary Degree; minimum of 5 years of quantity cooking experience; prior supervisory experience; Serve Safe Certified
