Position: Cook II (Part-Time)
About: Fishers Event Center, a part of ASM Global, is currently seeking a part-time Cook II to prepare, handle, and coordinate a variety of concessions food items in the facility. ASM Global is a leading venue management company with over 350 venues worldwide, dedicated to providing exceptional live event experiences and investing in growth and technology to enhance both Team Members’ experiences and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; one-year certificate from culinary school or comparable experience; ability to read and interpret recipes, documents, and safety rules; basic knife skills; attention to detail; ability to adapt to changing work environments and manage competing demands; compliance with health codes; flexibility to work irregular hours; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around the facility; must take direction well; maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards; follow SAVOR’s rules and regulations; work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays; regular attendance is essential; follow directions regarding food and ingredient handling
