Position: BAKER/PASTRY COOK FT

The baker/pastry cook position is responsible for the preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards. They also assist in the bread operation that supplies all in house made breads within the hotel. This role may include other duties or special projects related to bread baking, pastry production, and decorating as assigned by Chef.

Requirements: Takes pride in a great job done; a true desire to satisfy the needs of others; prior pastry/baking experience in a commercial operation; able to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight; able to walk and stand throughout duration of shift; flexible availability as needed, including weekends, holidays, days, PM shifts, and overnight
