The Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) works closely with the Studio Manager to ensure the front of the house operations run smoothly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Experience in fitness industry or management role required; Strong communication and leadership skills; Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; Customer service-oriented; Detail-oriented and organized; Flexible schedule availability; Knowledge of fitness principles and practices; Sales experience is a plus; Team player with a positive attitude
