Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • Weekend availability Fridays through Sundays
  • Willingness to travel for weddings, including flying or long driving hours
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous wedding or event experience preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in high-stress situations
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
  • Passion for weddings and creating a great client experience
  • Previous wedding or event experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Oversee and execute the full wedding day timeline
  • Communicate with vendors such as photographers, florists, DJs, venues, and others
  • Assist with ceremony and reception setup as needed
  • Be the main point of contact for the couple on wedding day
  • Handle last-minute changes with professionalism and confidence
  • Keep the day running smoothly from start to finish
  • Schedule and lead a details meeting approximately three months prior to the wedding
  • Follow up after the meeting with a task list and recap
  • Send a draft timeline and floor plan to the couple within two weeks of the details meeting
