The company provides comprehensive parking solutions for major sporting events, concerts, corporate functions, and community activities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients and their guests. LAZ Parking values its employees and fosters a fun, energetic, and supportive work environment where team members can thrive and grow their careers within the service industry.

Currently, LAZ Parking is seeking enthusiastic and dependable Event Valet Attendants to join their team for upcoming major sporting events in the area. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of high-energy venues, engage with diverse crowds, and contribute to the overall success of the events. Valet Attendants will be the first and last point of contact for customers arriving at the venue, playing a critical role in welcoming guests, managing vehicle parking and retrieval efficiently and safely, and ensuring that every guest interaction is friendly and professional.

This is a part-time, event-based role with flexible scheduling to accommodate multiple shifts at various facility locations. Starting compensation begins at $19 per hour plus generous tipping, with an uncomplicated and fast hiring process. Additionally, LAZ Parking offers a referral bonus program where employees can earn up to $250 for referring friends, highlighting the company's encouragement of team growth through trusted networks.

The ideal candidate for this position is energetic, customer-focused, and able to handle the fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of major events. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license for at least two years and demonstrate a safe, cautious driving record, including the ability to operate a standard transmission vehicle. Responsibilities include greeting customers with a warm smile, parking and retrieving cars carefully and promptly, managing traffic flow, and maintaining a professional demeanor with a self-reliant approach to independent work. Excellent communication skills, emotional maturity, and a team-player attitude are essential to thrive in this role.

Physically, the role requires the capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to perform tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending or stooping throughout a shift. LAZ Parking is committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace, providing reasonable accommodations to ensure all individuals can succeed in their roles. As an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, LAZ Parking values diversity and strives to include individuals from all backgrounds, making it a welcoming and respectful place to work.

Joining LAZ Parking as an Event Valet Attendant means becoming part of a respected company that puts customer service and safety first while offering an engaging and rewarding work atmosphere. Those hired will gain valuable experience in event services, customer relations, and operational efficiency, with the bonus of competitive pay, tips, and chances to earn through referrals. This is an outstanding chance to be part of the action, build lasting skills, and work alongside teammates who share a passion for delivering top-tier service at some of the region's most exciting sporting events.
