- Ability to stand for extended periods during events
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting
- Availability to work every weekend

Job Duties
- Identify, schedule, and book local events, trade shows, fairs, and festivals
- Coordinate and manage promotional event schedules
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise a team of event marketing representatives
- Generate qualified customer leads through in-person event marketing
- Ensure event booths are professionally set up, maintained, and dismantled
- Track and report weekly productivity, labor, inventory, and departmental budgets
