The role of Site Coordinator at Delaware North Sportservice at Climate Pledge Arena is a vital position responsible for managing the administrative and onboarding functions within the team. This role offers flexibility with full-time and part-time employment options and competitive pay ranging from $30.00 to $32.00 per hour. The Site Coordinator will be integral to scheduling concession associates, coordinating with nonprofit and union staff, and maintaining smooth operational workflows during events. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Site Coordinator acts as a communication hub, managing phone calls, emails, and messages to ensure all associates are informed and supported. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative or office position
- Experience with office administrative procedures
- Proficient in use and operation of standard office equipment
- Previous experience with computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Schedule all concession associates to work in assigned areas
- Work closely with NPO Coordinator ensuring adequate coverage, with a mix of nonprofit and union employees, during all events and adjusting schedules as necessary
- Maintain positive relationships with all associates
- Perform administrative duties to field all phone calls, text messages, emails, oral and written correspondence with associates
- Check-in all associates and ensure proper uniform is present on event days
- Quickly resolve any operational issues or emergencies that may arise during the start of events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Help management train new staff members on concession procedures, safety protocols and customer service standards
- Provide ongoing supervision and support to ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Ensures all company policies are followed by associates
- May assist Sportservice Management staff with general and department specific orientations and training sessions
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
