Owned and operated by Alterra Mountain Company, Crystal Mountain is part of a network of world-class mountain destinations that prioritize exceptional guest experiences, community, and a passion for mountain lifestyle. The resort fosters an environment where work and play blend seamlessly, inviting team members to grow their skills in an inspiring setting surrounded by some of the best recreational terrain in the country.

Working at Crystal Mountain means more than just having a job – it is about joining a community of mountain enthusiasts who share a love for outdoor adventure and delivering outstanding service. The resort values empowerment, authenticity, collaboration, and purpose, with a strong commitment to fostering growth and development opportunities for employees in a variety of roles. Employee perks reflect the resort’s dedication to team well-being, including free season passes, discounts on lessons and rentals, health benefits, housing opportunities, and events that build a strong sense of camaraderie.

The Banquet Set-Up Crew role is an integral part of Crystal Mountain's Banquets business unit, supporting the execution of memorable events and gatherings at the resort. Reporting to the Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain, and Set-Up Lead, this position focuses on setting up banquet rooms according to approved event orders and diagrams. Responsibilities include arranging tables, chairs, staging, and other equipment in alignment with event specifications to ensure seamless guest experiences. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork to handle the demands of fast-paced event setups and quick turnovers. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential given the seasonal nature of many events.

Wage for the Banquet Set-Up Crew starts at $20.00 per hour, increasing up to $22.00 per hour plus tips depending on experience. Employees enjoy a supportive work culture that honors professionalism and safety while encouraging collaboration across teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the vibrant mountain community at Crystal Mountain while gaining experience in catering and hospitality within one of Washington's top ski resorts. If you are a dedicated, hardworking individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and shares a passion for service and the outdoors, Crystal Mountain invites you to join its team and grow with the resort's ongoing success and expansion.
