Job Duties

  • Run events like a pro - handle all logistics including event setup, event team management, and guest sendoff
  • Get hands-on with wedding planning - coordinate all celebration details to ensure smooth execution on the big day
  • Manage wedding day activities - handle rehearsal coordination, decor setup, and day-of planning for flawless events
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as floor plans and vendor communications
  • Collaborate with in-house planning and sales teams, on-site event staff, and external vendors to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Participate in banquet operations including serving and banquet captaining
  • Support banquet setup and tear-down activities
