This position on Esri's events marketing team is vital to delivering exceptional event experiences for users across the globe. As an Events Marketing professional, you will play a key role in the planning and flawless execution of Esri's trade shows and conferences. Your natural attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will ensure the smooth coordination of event logistics, vendor partnerships, and on-site execution. You will engage with a broad array of internal teams and external stakeholders, delivering top-tier customer service and demonstrating agility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You will be instrumental in helping Esri users connect and learn through well-orchestrated events that align with the company's overarching goals and mission.

The role requires proactive communication and collaboration with marketing teams and external partners to execute marketing events successfully. You will manage various simultaneous events, supporting every aspect from logistics to vendor management, ensuring deadlines and objectives are consistently met. Your ability to stay organized, anticipate stakeholder needs, problem-solve on the fly, and bring creative ideas from industry trends will set you apart. Esri offers a competitive base salary ranging approximately from $70,304 to $93,600 USD, combined with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, 401(k), profit-sharing, vacation, paid holidays, and numerous personal and professional growth opportunities. The position also requires the ability to travel domestically and internationally up to about 20%, reflecting the global reach of Esri's events.
