Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event planning or related field
  • 5-7 years of relevant event planning experience
  • ability to travel up to 30%
  • availability to work onsite in Cupertino, CA
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency with event management software and Microsoft Office suite

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in event planning with a proven creative flair
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience working with cross-functional teams
  • familiarity with group air arrangements and event logistics
  • ability to troubleshoot and overcome challenges under pressure
  • demonstrated leadership skills in team settings

Job Duties

  • Manage end-to-end event planning from sourcing to contract negotiation
  • deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships
  • keep budgets on track while providing creative solutions
  • lead team communications and ensure timelines are met
  • navigate vendor relations and contracts
  • oversee on-site event execution
  • coordinate group air arrangements and logistics
