Job Requirements
- Four plus years of progressive experience in hotel event planning or related field
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in event planning systems and tools such as Envision and Social Tables
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms
- Experience in luxury or upscale hospitality environments preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events ensuring accuracy and exceptional service delivery
- Champion a service culture and build strong relationships with clients throughout the event lifecycle
- Drive event revenue through effective planning budget management and collaboration with sales and leadership
- Manage budget and resource allocation for events to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with vendors suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Monitor and evaluate event performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
- Lead and mentor junior event planning staff to enhance team capabilities
