Operating within sectors such as aerospace, defense, cyber, and intelligence, Radiance Technologies fosters a dynamic and collaborative work environment where employee engagement and corporate culture are prioritized. The company maintains a strong focus on developing a supportive and inclusive workplace that empowers its employees to achieve both professional and personal success. Radiance Technologies is also recognized for its dedication to community involvement and fostering meaningful relationships with clients and partners.

The Events Specialist role at Radiance Technologies is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to take a leading role in the development and execution of internal employee engagement and morale events throughout the year. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Branding & Communications, the Events Specialist will be entrusted with managing a diverse and full calendar of events aimed at enhancing employee connection, satisfaction, and company culture. Key flagship events such as the Annual Business Meeting, which hosts over 900 attendees, and the Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl are among the major engagements that this role will coordinate, requiring expertise in venue coordination, vendor management, attendee communication, and on-site execution.

This role involves close partnership with various internal and external stakeholders, including customer engagement points of contact and mission personnel, to ensure seamless execution of events surrounding senior customer visits and community leader engagements. The Events Specialist will drive initiatives that foster connections among both on-site and off-site employees, demonstrating creativity and initiative in designing programs that resonate across diverse teams and locations. Adept budget management skills are essential, as the position entails forecasting, tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and performing reconciliations to maintain financial oversight of all events.

A successful candidate for this role will possess exceptional organizational capabilities and communication skills, thrive in managing multiple complex events simultaneously, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless event execution. Proficiency in event planning tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with event registration platforms like Whova will be advantageous. This is a role that blends strategic planning with hands-on coordination, presenting a unique chance to contribute significantly to Radiance Technologies' employee engagement strategy while enhancing corporate culture and community relations through memorable, impactful events. The position requires flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends during peak periods and willingness to travel as necessary. Radiance Technologies offers a collaborative and rewarding environment where the Events Specialist can grow their career while making a meaningful impact on the organization’s internal community and external partnerships.
