Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- own vehicle for transportation
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- willingness to learn and adapt to company techniques
- previous customer service experience preferred

- previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail sales preferred
- familiarity with event marketing and retail environments is a plus
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to learn lead generation and appointment setting techniques

Job Duties
- assist with event/booth setup including arranging displays and preparing promotional materials
- engage with guests using interpersonal skills to promote products
- schedule appointments for customers to meet sales consultants
- maintain an energetic and approachable demeanor during shifts
- represent the company professionally as the face of Renewal by Andersen
- support team efforts in marketing and lead generation
- comply with company standards and event guidelines
