Job Duties
- conduct final details call with clients approximately six weeks prior to the event
- facilitate the ceremony rehearsal
- coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and setup
- manage event setup and breakdown logistics
- act as the primary onsite advocate for clients during the wedding day
- troubleshoot and resolve any issues calmly and efficiently
- collaborate with client experience managers and assistant coordinators
