Job Description

Product Connections, a division of Acosta Group, is a leading marketing agency renowned for connecting brands to consumers through innovative and engaging retail experiences. As part of Acosta Group, one of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies, Product Connections specializes in digital and traditional retail events, experiential marketing, sponsorship activation, and omnichannel shopper marketing. The company’s mission revolves around delivering brand solutions that strategically move consumers through their purchasing journey by placing products directly in front of the right target audience at the right time.

Employing over 10,000 field experts and supported by more than 150 corporate professionals, Product Connections embodies a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth. The agency fosters an environment where employees can develop their skills, share innovative ideas, and make a meaningful impact within the retail and marketing landscape. Joining Product Connections means becoming part of a forward-thinking team where your voice matters, career development is encouraged, and your contributions are recognized. Respect for diversity and provision of accommodations for applicants with disabilities highlight the company's commitment to an equitable workplace.

The Associate role at Product Connections is a vital position responsible for executing in-store food and non-food product demonstrations that create engaging consumer experiences and drive product sales. This role involves acquiring deep knowledge of the products showcased, effectively engaging customers, and professionally demonstrating the benefits and features of each item. Associates manage demonstration equipment, ensure consistent stock and cleanliness of supplies, and uphold strict food safety standards when preparing and serving samples.

In this position, the Associate acts as a liaison between the event team and store management, especially during the absence of supervisors, by communicating event execution details and facilitating smooth event operations. Leadership and teamwork are emphasized, with responsibilities including assisting fellow event specialists, maintaining event setups, taking documentation photos, submitting timely reports, and fulfilling audit and client visit preparations. This role requires a professional demeanor, adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols, and the ability to work efficiently within a retail store environment.

The Associate position is designed as a part-time role, typically not exceeding 25 hours per week, although flexibility exists to meet business and client needs. Product Connections values proactive employees who show enthusiasm in customer engagement and product promotion and can safely handle various kitchen appliances and product setups. This job promises a dynamic and supportive work environment ideal for individuals looking to grow in retail marketing and event execution careers.
