  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Comfortable using social media platforms, email marketing tools, and microsoft office or google workspace
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events, both virtual and in-person
  • Support marketing campaigns, including social media content, email newsletters, and promotional materials
  • Update and maintain company website content or blog posts
  • Help design marketing materials, flyers, brochures, and presentations using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Coordinate logistics for events, including venue setup, vendor communication, and attendee management
  • Maintain marketing calendars and track project timelines
  • Assist with data collection, reporting, and post-event evaluations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Adhere to company AS9100, CMMC, and QMS policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
