Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Willingness to travel locally between client sites
- Leadership experience preferred for Team Leader and Project Supervisor roles
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Motor Vehicle Record
- Availability for local travel up to 1.5 hours
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years leadership experience
- Experience in quality inspection or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage teams and projects effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee inspection projects
- Provide direction to team members and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work alongside employees to offer support and guidance through short staffing schedule needs
- Travel locally within the area to meet client needs
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Report progress and issues to higher management
