Job Duties
- Safely drive and park a Kona truck
- create an amazing Kona Ice Experience
- greet and serve customers with consistent positivity and enthusiasm
- communicate with team members and guest requests in a loud environment
- serve shaved ice to customers at the serving window
- complete orders with speed and accuracy
- work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- accept payments and operate Square POS
- closely follow sanitation and food safety preparations
- secure truck and exit area safely at end of event
- perform basic cleaning of unit and warehouse
- complete beginning and end of shift prepping, stocking, and event tracking
- maintain an ultra-clean and super-sanitary work space
- quickly restock and reload supplies
- follow food and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
