Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year of event-related experience preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in operating POS systems and handling financial transactions
- flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
- reliable transportation to Spokane, WA location

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking regarding event-specific planning and logistics
- update banquet event orders and create detailed floor plans
- ensure proper staffing levels for all private events
- coordinate catering needs and timelines with the kitchen team
- facilitate final walkthroughs and lead event tastings with clients
- coordinate wedding rehearsals and serve as lead coordinator for day-of-event execution
- supervise and lead all event staff including bar, safety, and coordinating teams
- conduct post-event follow-up with clients and vendors
- assist with onboarding and training of event staff
- provide tasting room service support during off-season
- adhere to company policies and comply with regulations
- ensure safety and well-being of guests
- operate POS systems and process cash transactions
- maintain clean and organized work environment
