The establishment values its Mission, Vision, and Core Values, which emphasize quality service, professionalism, and continuous improvement in all aspects of the hospitality experience. As a casino, the business focuses not only on gaming but also provides high-standard banqueting and catering services, which are essential for hosting events ranging from small group gatherings to large-scale banquets and celebrations.

Candidates should have knowledge of event standards, food and beverage products, business management principles, and applicable health and safety regulations. The role requires handling multiple tasks simultaneously during fast-paced shifts which may include weekends, holidays, and special event days.

Additionally, the Banquet Manager is responsible for staff mentorship and development, including interviewing, hiring recommendations, performance evaluations, and conducting ongoing training programs to enhance team knowledge and performance. Leadership is demonstrated by setting an example in punctuality, appearance, and work quality. The position also requires compliance with statutory and company policies, particularly concerning health, safety, and food safety.

Key to this role is the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, resolve issues professionally, and ensure client satisfaction through attention to detail. The Banquet Manager also works closely with accounting to manage cash handling and billing processes related to catering events. Overall, this role offers a challenging but rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of a vibrant casino hospitality operation by delivering outstanding event experiences.
