The Concierge role at Auberge is a vital position that combines receptionist duties with clerical support functions essential to the smooth operation of the Business Office Manager’s responsibilities. This part-time or as-needed position requires a high level of professionalism, tact, and sensitivity as the Concierge directly interacts with residents, their families, and the facility's employees daily. Beyond handling front desk operations, the Concierge supports the Business Office Manager with human resources tasks, accounts payable and receivable processes, and payroll assistance as needed. The successful candidate will possess proficient PC skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and a clear command of the English language, both written and spoken.
In addition to offering a dynamic and supportive work environment, Auberge provides amazing benefits to its Concierge staff, including daily access to earnings through ZayZoon, employee discounts, participation in employee appreciation events, an employee assistance program (EAP), and premium pay for holidays worked. These benefits are designed to promote employee satisfaction and work-life balance while recognizing the dedicated service of each team member.
Auberge values diversity and inclusion and ensures equal employment opportunities for all qualified applicants regardless of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religion, sex/gender (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability status, military or veteran status, citizenship, familial or marital status, genetics, or any other protected categories. The company also complies fully with the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act (ADAAA), providing accommodations to applicants with disabilities wishing to apply.
Joining Auberge as a Concierge means becoming part of an organization that places a premium on professionalism, respect, and community. This role is essential in maintaining smooth administrative processes and providing an outstanding customer service experience for all stakeholders, contributing significantly to the overall success of the organization.
