The role of Concierge at Invited is a vital position within the Member Experience team, designed to provide exceptional service and foster lasting connections with club members. This full-time position focuses on enhancing every member's visit by managing communications such as phone calls, reservations, and emails with professionalism and warmth. The Concierge acts as a liaison for members and guests, ensuring seamless service from the moment they engage with the club until the conclusion of their visit. This role demands a commitment to personalized service, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for promoting the club’s offerings, events, and services through various channels including outreach calls, social media, and direct member communications.

Responsibilities include managing daily inquiries, promoting club events and services, ensuring reservation accuracy, and supporting engagement initiatives such as member recognition on special occasions. The Concierge ensures that all member interactions reflect the club’s core values of Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells, contributing significantly to member satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role requires collaboration with other departments to coordinate services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment at the club’s front desk and surrounding areas. Reporting to the Member Experience Director, the Concierge is a key contributor to maintaining a vibrant and engaging club atmosphere.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
  • Professional and welcoming phone demeanor
  • Service-oriented mindset dedicated to member satisfaction
  • Friendly and personable with a positive attitude
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays
  • Proficient with computers and office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year hospitality or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication skills in verbal, written, phone, text, and social media channels
  • Positive and friendly demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Job Duties

  • Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to members and guests
  • Manage phone calls, reservations, and emails with prompt and courteous responses
  • Deliver exceptional business and concierge services, guiding members within the club and creating memorable experiences
  • Promote club events and services, assist with event registration and follow-ups
  • Make outbound calls to new and at-risk members to support engagement and retention
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member profiles, including tracking preferences and special occasions
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, workstation, and surrounding areas
