Morada Senior Living is currently hiring a Concierge for one of their communities. This position offers a rewarding career opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and supporting seniors and their families. The Concierge serves as a frontline representative responsible for greeting residents, guests, and employees, handling telephone communications, managing appointments, and providing general information with a warm and professional demeanor. This role requires effective multitasking, clear communication, and the ability to maintain a welcoming environment. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are also part of the career growth pathway at Morada Senior Living.

The Concierge position contributes significantly to the smooth operation of the community by managing essential administrative tasks such as answering calls, taking messages, maintaining resident records, coordinating appointments, and handling mail distribution. Keeping the entry area neat and organized is also an important part of the role, ensuring a positive first impression for visitors and residents alike. By working closely with dining staff and the marketing department, the Concierge helps support overall community functions and enhances resident satisfaction. Those who thrive in customer service and want to make a direct impact on the lives of others will find this career choice fulfilling and aligned with Morada's mission of enriching senior lives.
