Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or property management preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently

- Proficiency in computer and information systems including Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Degree in hospitality management or business administration strongly desired
- Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus
- Minimum one year of luxury or high-end hospitality or property management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Friendly, courteous, service-oriented with professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information system hardware/software
- Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Job Duties
- Demonstrates superior customer service at all times and a genuine desire to serve
- Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the property
- Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk
- Monitors and announces visitors and controls access to the property
- Reviews access control cameras frequently and reports any suspicious activity
- Handles all concierge duties enthusiastically including processing mail and packages, answering questions, making recommendations, and arranging transportation, reservations, shopping, and events
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of local attractions, nightlife, and services to enhance residential experience
- Maintains familiarity with community amenities and activities and provides directions
- Adheres to all Front Desk procedures including completing reports and responding to emergencies
- Upholds company standards for service and professionalism
- Performs administrative tasks related to Front Desk and back-of-house operations
- Resolves resident and guest concerns professionally and reports dissatisfaction to management
- Maintains a professional demeanor and polished appearance
- Assists in training concierge staff
- Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment
- Performs other related duties as directed
