We are currently seeking a Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in Arlington, TX. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key player in maintaining strong relationships with current tenants. You will guide prospects through the leasing process, address their unique needs, and ensure that each step — from touring the property to signing the lease — is handled with care and professionalism.

This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, facilitating communication and engagement with a diverse community. You will serve as a trusted resource by answering inquiries, managing lease renewals, and maintaining detailed records using various leasing software.
