This role includes managing internal and external phone communications, accurately recording and relaying messages, and providing general information that supports the smooth operation of the community. Additional duties include assisting marketing efforts by collating brochures, preparing meal tickets, and maintaining daily updates to resident phone lists, moves, and sign-in logs. You will also coordinate various appointments for residents and families, such as hairdresser visits and transportation arrangements, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable living experience.
Maintaining order and cleanliness in the reception and entry area underscores the importance of the Concierge as the face of the community. You will also be responsible for organizing and distributing mail and maintaining resident forms for various credits, ensuring all administrative functions are handled efficiently and with attention to detail.
