Position: Work Scheduling Assistant
About: American Electric Power (AEP) is seeking a detail-oriented individual to assist in the work scheduling process by assigning jobs and providing customer assistance within their organization.
Requirements: Education requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Work Experience: 3 years of post-high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or equivalent, demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required; Other requirements: Must be available for overtime, call-out overtime, and shift work as required, expected travel 10-25% of the time, ability to demonstrate organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skills, prioritization skills, customer focus, teamwork, strong verbal and written communication skills
