Position: Trattoria Food Runner
About: Trattoria Barnett celebrates the beautiful marriage between classic Italian recipes and the bright and mystifying flavors of the American South. Southern-inspired Italian meals and wine served in a soaring dining room with ornate decor. Trattoria is located in the Barnett Hotel and is the main kitchen for the property, located in the Warehouse District.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; Previous experience preferred; Additional certifications (ServSafe, TiPS, etc.) preferred. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in verbal and written English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding; Prioritize and organize work assignments, have timely follow up and execution; Have superb time management skills; Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation; Other language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities as outlined below; Ability to comply with physical demands as outlined below; Knowledge and understanding of HRI Culture & initiatives; Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule.
