Position: Sr. Director – Security
About: ASM GLOBAL, the leader in privately managed public facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for the Sr. Director of Security position at ASM GLOBAL Oakland Arena and Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum. This position reports directly to the Assistant General Manager.
Requirements: A minimum of 15 years of security management experience; Experience handling sensitive information and intelligence; Thorough knowledge of CCTV, computerized access control systems, and wireless radio communication; Experience with or knowledge of security-related legislation and regulation; Ability to work with the public effectively, tactfully and safely; Ability to effectively manage, motivate and lead members of the security team; Ability to effectively manage crises and work under pressure
