Position: Sous Chef (Wolf and Roadrunner)
About: Santa Fe’s Newest Restaurant, Wolf and Roadrunner, located at the Hotel St. Francis in Santa Fe, NM, offers a work environment focused on the employee experience in a new, fast-paced, and fun atmosphere. The position is a full or part-time salaried role starting from $50k-$55k plus benefits.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience/training in hospitality preferred; 2-3 years of kitchen management or equivalent experience; New Mexico Food Handler Certification and ServSafe Manager Certification; ability to work on feet in a humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more; must be able to lift/push/reach/carry 30+ pounds frequently; excellent verbal communication and ability to multitask.
