Position: Sous Chef – Sportsbook and Bar

About: Bally’s Corporation, a company operating in the gaming industry, is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to assist in staff management, scheduling, training, and monitoring of the culinary team. The role involves overseeing cooking operations, ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards, and implementing department management plans and policies to comply with regulations and guidelines. The Culinary Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, cost control, and adherence to company standards and policies, including Indiana Gaming regulations.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; extensive experience in culinary management; strong understanding of food preparation methods, portion control, and kitchen operations; knowledge of health department regulations; excellent communication and organizational skills
