Position: Sous Chef – Sno Cafe and Deli
About: The Sous Chef position at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel involves reporting to the Chef de Cuisine and overseeing kitchen operations, staff development, and team leadership. The role requires creating a motivational environment, setting objectives, and ensuring efficient day-to-day kitchen management. The position involves supervising Lead Cooks, Line Cooks, and Prep Cooks while upholding high culinary standards and fostering a culture of growth and support within the culinary team.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Three (3) years of culinary experience with at least two (2) years as Supervisor or Sous Chef; Proven knowledge of proper food handling procedures; Strong organizational and communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
