Position: Sous Chef job
About: ASM Global, a leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Sous Chef at the Shreveport Convention Center/Municipal Auditorium in Shreveport, Louisiana. The Sous Chef will work under the direction of the Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring the highest level of food quality and presentation in accordance with ASM policies.
Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Excellent customer service skills; Must be able to pass a background check and meet corporate minimum requirements; ServSafe Certified; 1 year of supervisory experience; Microsoft experience; 2+ years of culinary experience
