Position: Sous Chef job
About: A company in Shakopee, MN is seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join their team. The role involves strong knowledge of back of house operations, participation in banquet preparation and execution, assistance with purchasing, inventory management, and administrative tasks. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including nights and weekends.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; 2-4 years of Culinary work, including at least 4 years in a commercial environment; extensive experience with Food and Beverage preparation and presentation; expert knowledge of current food and beverage practices; ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol certification; valid driver’s license
