About: Sagora Senior Living is seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary department, working closely with the Culinary Director to prepare nutritious and attractive meals for residents at senior living communities.
Requirements: One or more years of work experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Culinary Director in a commercial kitchen; Current ServSafe Certification and Food Handlers permit required; Ability to effectively communicate in English with residents, families, and colleagues; Proficiency in recipe calculation and costing; Skills in preparing dishes for specialized diets
