About: Puttshack is an upscale, tech-infused mini golf experience that offers indoor mini golf, world-class food, and a full bar in a cool environment. They are looking for a Sous Chef to join their team responsible for building strong teams through development, effective hiring, and engagement, accountable for various venue business functions, and ensuring consistent culinary and operational standards.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or entertainment management experience; 2+ recent years as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment; ability to manage a diverse work environment
