Position: Sous Chef job

Requirements: Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or current NYAJoes employee; extensive food knowledge and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and recipes; great leadership skills; ability to coordinate and train team members; exhibits a neat, clean, and professional image at all times; genuinely hospitable and polite to guests and team members; sense of urgency; attention to detail and organized; able to work while standing for 10+ hours a day; dependable and trustworthy; ability to work all stations in the kitchen (grill, saute, pantry, pizza, fry, and expo); team player
