Requirements: 2+ years of high-volume culinary management experience; demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials; experience with POS systems and inventory control; ability to work extended hours and weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen machinery; sensory abilities to observe emergency situations and food quality
