About: Moctezuma’s Cocina y Tequila, a vibrant restaurant located in Gig Harbor, WA, is in search of a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The Sous Chef will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to ensure operational excellence and the delivery of exceptional Mexican cuisine for guests.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably with expertise in Mexican cuisine; in-depth knowledge of Mexican culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques; strong leadership and team management skills; excellent organizational and time management abilities; attention to detail and a passion for high-quality culinary standards; ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment; excellent communication skills to interact effectively with kitchen staff and other restaurant personnel; culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred but not mandatory
