About: Entourage Events Group works closely with clients to design and manage events, offering a wide range of flexible menus and custom options for different audiences. They are currently seeking a full-time Banquet Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; creative and motivated with experience as a sous chef; ability to follow and enforce executive chef’s requirements and guidelines; creative professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
